Chase Center Rehabilitation and Nursing Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our facility in Logansport, IN

The primary purpose of the LPN is to administer nursing care in a nursing home environment, under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.

$2,000 sign-on bonus*

Available Shifts: Full-time or part time, 7p-7a

Pay rate: $31-$35/hour.

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse of this state

Responsibilities:

Administer nursing care in a nursing home environment under the supervision of a registered nurse or other medical supervisors.
Provide basic medical care, including changing bandages, administering prescribed medication, and collecting specimens.
