Base compensation range $575K-675K plus RVU incentive
Flexible $100K signing bonus options based on provider needs to include student loan repayment, home down payment; can be split part now, part later or offered in one lump sum
Compensation Goal is 75% MGMA range by 2nd year with 90% range very possible with incentives
Advanced Practice Provider assistance from 2 NPs

Main hospital campus 12,000 square foot building with 8 providers and midlevel support, newly renovated facility with new technology
Capability to run two rooms at a 2:1 and 3:1 configuration/Pre-op to Endoscopy
Established client base with strong referrals and service line established since 2017
25-bed Critical Access hospital with 3 star rating by CMS
