 Overview: Wednesdays, 7am – 3pm

 Compensation: $37-$39/hr. 

 Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior intervention plans for students with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Provide ongoing training and support to teachers, parents, and other professionals
  • Collaborate with other members of the school team to ensure that each student's needs are being met
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to behavior intervention plans
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience working with students with autism and other developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience working in a school setting
  • Experience supervising and training behavior technicians
  • Experience with assistive technology and augmentative communication systems
