Ideally, we are seeking turnkey providers available to float between clinics in Lewsiton & Oxford (just 15 minutes apart) 3-4 days per week. Both clinics are open Monday - Friday from (7:00am - 4:00pm). Opportunity Specifics:

Core Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat work-related injuries.
  • Perform pre-placement DOT, Public safety, and surveillance physical examinations for varied private companies and governmental agencies.  
  • Evaluate and treat urgent care patients on a walk-in basis.
  • Perform in-office procedures, communicate with employers and provide medical guidance.

Provider Requirements:

  • Current Maine State License & DEA
  • Active DOT Certification
  • Must be available to treat patients of all ages
