*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct routine maintenance checks and inspections on HVAC systems to identify and address issues promptly.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment malfunctions, including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
* Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components such as compressors, motors, fans, thermostats, and filters.
* Install new HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes.
* Collaborate with clients to provide recommendations on energy-efficient HVAC solutions and upgrades.
* Keep accurate records of service calls, maintenance tasks, and inventory levels.

* Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, with a minimum of 3 years in the field.

* Strong understanding of HVAC principles, codes, and regulations.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
