Saturday through Wednesday Schedule
1PM-9PM
$19.00 An Hour Starting Pay

The Security Site Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services to an assigned customer. The Security Site Supervisor will act as a liaison between customers, Operation Managers and security officers. They will supervise site staff and provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Security Experience - 6+ Months
Valid Driver's License - AU Driver Policy Requirements
Walk/Stand for Long Periods of Time
Work Outside in the Elements Access Control/Badge Experience
Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet

- The Security Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the security operations at a designated location. This role involves ensuring a safe and secure environment for visitors and employees, monitoring security systems, and responding to security incidents.
- A security site supervisor manages a team of security personnel to ensure a safe environment and protect people and resources. Their responsibilities include:
- Hiring and training
- Interviewing, hiring, and training security staff, including new hires and current staff. Training topics may include workplace searches, drug and alcohol procedures, and safety and security topics.
- Scheduling
- Overseeing the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff.
- Performance monitoring
- Monitoring performance and conducting daily briefings. This may include accompanying guards on patrols to assess their performance and verify adherence to security rules.
- Incident response
- Responding to incidents, monitoring CCTV and security systems, and performing regular patrols to identify potential breaches.
- Liaison
- Liaising with the on-site manager and staff to provide advice and receive feedback.
- Policies and procedures
- Establishing and carrying out policies and procedures required by the organization.
- Record keeping
- Keeping diligent records to document all security-related instances that occur at their place of employment.
- Training programs
- Working with security managers to create training programs so that all security guards can have the knowledge to fulfill their responsibilities.
- Continuous training
- Giving continuous training for current equipment or instructing employees on how to use newly adopted technology
