This New Products Process & Performance Leader will be responsible for planning and tracking Secure Power projects associated with Web Giant customers. This P&P Leader should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The P&P leader should also be detail oriented and have excellent organization skills.

What will you do?

  • Works closely with the plant team and Program Director to plan and track manufacturing schedule, key deliverables, reports, issues, and other manufacturing related tasks
  • Collaborates with other project teams such as engineering, quality, manufacturing engineers, supply chain, and production teams to drive progress
  • Tracks manufacturing milestones and highlights risks
  • Supports Program Director in updating customer demand and production output information
  • Provides process improvement ideas
  • Updates and creates templates for future projects

  • Ability to adapt to continually changing circumstances
  • Manufacturing plant experience preferred

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelors degree required
  • End to End manufacturing knowledge preferred
  • 5+ years Project Manager or Professional Manufacturing experience required
