Crafting Excellence: Your Responsibilities

Ready to make aboldimpact? Here's the qualificationswe are looking for:

  • The associate will be required to work efficiently andeffectively on all NGRT/Assembly production lines and automation whilemaintaining high quality standards.
  • Other requirements include attention to detail andaesthetics, filling out hour x hour reports, and working closely with others inthe department to ensure quick and timely completion of orders.
  • Must learn all NGRT production lines, includingautomation for skill level increases.

Preferred Qualifications

Mechanical proficiency and willingness to operateindustrial machinery

Key Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Ability to communicate effectively for manufacturingproduction processes
  • Physical ability to perform the essential duties of theposition with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to follow all safety policies andprocedures
  • Reliable attendance and work performance
  • Successful completion of a drug screen and backgroundcheck
