Minimum requirements: Master's Degree in social work, mental health, or counseling with the appropriate licensing or supervision by a LCSW, LPCC, or PhD. Knowledge of therapeutic foster care and knowledge of Kentucky's state regulating bodies and standards of practice is preferred.
