As a Sales Advisor, you will be the bridge connecting prospective residents and their families to a warm, welcoming home. Your mission? To showcase the unique benefits of our community and turn interest into move-ins

What You’ll Do:

Connect & Discover: Engage with prospects to understand their needs through in-depth conversations. Lead personalized tours that highlight our community’s best features, including our beautifully maintained spaces and model apartments.
Marketing Maestro: Plan and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain interest. Build strong relationships with referral sources to boost community visibility.
Database Dynamo: Utilize our systems to keep an accurate, up-to-date prospect database. Follow up with leads through calls, visits, and personalized notes to ensure they feel valued and informed.
Strategic Visionary: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan that reflects our community’s values and goals.
What You’ll Bring:

A passion for sales and helping others.
Two years of experience in a similar sales role (preferred).
A bachelor’s degree (preferred).
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits:

Weekly schedule is Tuesday through Saturday.
