* $48 overtime rate

Types of Cases: Start of Care Adult Home Health Experience or 1 full year Hospice experience depending on the specialty
First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No must have recent specialty experience.
Weekend REQ: Varies per location and profession please have traveler discuss during the interview.
Certs REQ: CPR BLS

Dress Code: Scrubs
Charting: All professions must be proficient with HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) and used it within the last 6 months. If they have used it outside of the last 6 months they may apply but will be required to take a retraining course during compliance.

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care plans
- Assist in medical procedures such as dermal fillers and neonatal ventilator support
- Document patient information using electronic health records systems like Cerner
- Provide education to patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans

- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
