Job Description:

The successful candidate for this position will contribute to the company's title production department. Your ability to accurately review real estate title documentation and prepare title products such as insured and uninsured reports and title commitments will be critical, as is the ability to type with speed and accuracy.

*This position required in-office attendance five days per week in the Greentree area of Pittsburgh, PA

*This position requires typing with high accuracy of at least 45 WPM

*This position requires some real estate title industry knowledge

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ability to manage a document pipeline and a work queue as assigned.

Review search data provided by customers/abstractors for completeness and accuracy.

Type and/or review all products offered within department.

Consistently meet and exceed minimum production goals as set forth by management.

Maintain training material and updated state regulation information.

Understanding of the billing process within the system to ensure all files handled are billed out accordingly.

Maintain reviewer functions.

At a minimum, the ability to work shifts which run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 5:45 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Regular consistent attendance is required.

Ability to accept supervision.

Ability to foster, develop and maintain professional and collaborative working relationships. Must be able to get along with others, i.e., peers, supervisors, outside customers, and vendors.

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of management, employees and customers by email, phone and in person.

Must be personable, positive, and a professional representative of the Company.

Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
