* _*Currently offering a $3,000 DAY- $5,000 NOC sign-on bonus for Full-Time Positions*_

*Starting pay: $42-$48/hour (Depending on experience)*

_*Currently seeking both DAY & NOC shifts.*_

_*NOC Shift Differential*_

You will provide direct patient care to short stay, sub-acute patients upon discharge from the hospital as well as long term care residents.
* Enteral Tube feedings
* Observe and record patient behavior
* Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests
* Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
* Maintenance of IV lines (Midline, PICC, Port of Cath)
* Wound Care (wound vacs, drains, dressing changes)
* Palliative and End of Life care
* Educating patients, families and staff on disease processes

*Required qualifications for this position include:*
* Degree in nursing
* Successfully complete and pass background check

*Preferred qualifications for this position include:*
* In Long Term care
* Supervisory experience with nursing assistants (NAC’s)
* Experience with an interdisciplinary team
