Our Mission:
Our mission is to provide optimal comfort and dignity to our patients through their end-of-life journey. We will achieve this by concentrating on patient and family-centered goals focusing not only on the medical needs but also on providing care for the mental and spiritual needs of our patients and those they hold dear.
Hospice Philosophy:
Hospice care is an interdisciplinary approach designed to meet the needs physical, psychological and spiritual of a person at the end of life with the goal of comfort and not cure. Hospice considers the unit of care to extend beyond the patient and include the family and caregivers as defined by the patient.
Responsibilities:
Hospice care provides patients with the comfort and dignity they deserve through their end-of-life journey. This role requires daily driving in order to provide care where our patients call home, this could be a home setting, facility setting, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Must be a graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
2. Must be licensed in the State of Oregon as a Registered Nurse.
3. One year of RN experience. Hospice experience preferred.
4. Must have excellent assessment skills and problem-solving skills.
6. Must be a licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50.00-$57.00/hr
