Grants and Contracts Administrator

Description
Responsible for coordination of assigned projects and program support needs that lead to and maintain compliance with funding guidelines. Provides guidance on compliance with federal and non-federal regulatory requirements while identifying needs for policy updates. Manages transactional processes such as data review, financial entries, A/R, and A/P.

Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, Law, Public Administration or related field from college or university. Or 4 years of applicable experience in healthcare, research, finance, accounting, education, or legal fields.
- 3 years of experience in healthcare, research, finance, accounting, education or legal fields.
Preferred qualifications:
- 1 year of experience in Undergraduate or Graduate Medical Education

Providence Swedish is the largest not-for-profit health care system in the greater Puget Sound area.
