Requirements: * Credentials: * Registered Nurse * Basic Life Support * Advanced Cardiac Life Support * National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale * Trauma Nurse Core Course * Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses * Other information: Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited or state board of nursing approved nursing program. Preferred: MSN, Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification. Required Licensure/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Relevant certification as determined at position level. Minimum Experience: 2 years of critical care experience. ADDITIONAL POSITION LEVEL CREDENTIAL INFORMATION: NIHSS and TNCC/ATCN within 6 months of hire. * BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date.
