UT Health East Texas is seeking a full-time BC/BE Faculty Orthopedic Surgeon to join their team working at their hospital in Tyler, TX- 92 mi to Dallas.
About the Position:
- Employed faculty position with UT Health East Texas
- 20-25 patients per day
- 90% outpatient surgery, 10% inpatient surgery
- Schedule: Monday- Thursday 8 am -5 pm, Friday 8 am -12pm, 4 hours admin
- Call: Up to 7 days per month

About UT Health East Texas: UT Health East Texas is comprised of 10 hospitals, more than 90 clinics, the Olympic Plaza Tower, 13 regional rehabilitation facilities, two freestanding emergency centers, regional home health services covering 41 counties, an EMS fleet of more than 50 ambulances and four helicopters, and a comprehensive seven-trauma center care network, including the region s only Level 1 trauma facility.
