Kentucky Board of Respiratory Care License. Accepting CRT's Graduate of CRT or RRT Program. Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days of hire ACLS, PALS within 60 days of hire / Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) within 90 days of hire.
