    • 3 Physician seeking MD to fill the gap and help with access to care and call at least 3-7 days monthly
    • Clinic and Call
    • (5) 8-hour days with an average of 2 endoscopy days, 3 half endoscopy days and 3 half office days
    • Call will be shared each month between 3 physicians
    • Setting: Hospital and Office
    • Duties: Evaluate and treat patients in ambulatory clinic settings. Perform Endoscopy procedures during scheduled block time and also while on call.
    • FTE: 0.5 - 1
    • Required Procedures: ERCP and EUS
    • Office offers esophageal manometry/video capsule endoscopy/Fibro scan - these are performed by clinical staff and interpreted by physicians
    • EMR: Cerner
    • Support Staff: Medical receptionist, Surgery scheduler, Medical Assistants, Registered Nurse
    • Reason for Coverage: Locums taking 6-month break/provider they did backfill with cancelled
    • Standard Hospital/EMR orientation which usually takes 4-6 hours
    • Average Cases/Day: Average of 15 outpatient cases on full Endoscopy days and 8 outpatient cases on half days
    • Office Patients: 8-10 patients 2-3 days/week
    • Inpatients: Fluctuates depending on call days
    • Office Patients: 8-10 patients 2-3 days/week
    • Board Certification Gastroenterology - Required
    • AZ license - Required or IMLC (LOQ in hand)
    • Residency Requirements/Fellowship - Required
    • Other Certifications - BLS
    • Malpractice - Clean Preferred
