Job Summary:
The Loyalty & Rewards Specialist is responsible for driving acquisition and engagement for the BJs higher tier memberships and credit card program across multiple channels, coordinating the launch of initiatives to drive member loyalty, and partnering with internal stakeholders to grow the program. This also includes working with our bank partner and other partners to develop and launch various marketing efforts throughout the year, including direct mail, email, digital, and in-club channels.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for supporting the Loyalty & Rewards team to drive acquisition and engagement to the BJs Cobranded Credit Card program and The Club+ Card Membership.
- Supports the Loyalty & Rewards acquisition and engagement managers to help launch program initiatives across marketing channels.
- Partners with Loyalty Field Manager on in-Club events, communication incentives, goals and improvements.
- Collaborate with the Loyalty Field Manager on creating best in class collateral, enhancing in-club tools and marketing regarding the program.
- Coordinates promotional execution of all member facing collateral, including creative briefs, marketing distributions, campaign requests, scheduling deployments and club communications.
- Focuses on driving cobrand acquisition at Membership Centers, BJs Gas and club grand openings by partnering with the new club opening team.
- Works daily with various internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors
- 1-3 Years experience, preferably in retail/marketing
- Experience with loyalty, preferably cobrand programs
- Experience with cross functional teams including creative, operations, IT
- Strong analytic and critical thinking skills, financial acumen needed to drive program results and profitability
