Are you passionate about wellness, enjoy working with people, and looking for a unique job in a small, friendly spa environment? Carmel Salt Caves & Spa is hiring a Non-Licensed Foot Spa Attendant to warmly welcome guests, explain our foot detox process, and manage our serene spa spaces. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work and values a cross-trained, team-oriented environment.

 

Position Details:

  • Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
  • Hours:
    • Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday:
    • 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
    • Sunday: 11:30 AM - 5:30 PM
    • Closed Mondays & Thursdays
    • Open to candidates willing to commit to a one/two-day-a- week gig on a regular basis

 

Responsibilities:

  • * Warmly greet each guest and provide an exceptional experience.
  • * Explain the foot detox process and assist guests in detox rooms.
  • * Clean and maintain the foot detox rooms and manage laundry.
  • * Assist guests into the salt caves, sauna, and red light therapy bed.
  • * Occasionally check guests in and out at the front desk.
  • * Cross-train to support other areas of the spa as needed.

 

What to Expect:

  • * Youll work closely with 10-20 guests per day in a calming, wellness-focused environment.
  • * This is a very physical job that requires stamina and attention to detail. Your back and knees will be challenged
