Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing abilities.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Provide therapy and interventions to improve speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve communication skills and swallowing function.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP).
Valid StateSLP license
Desire to work in pediatrics and make a difference.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
