Some of our unique benefits we offer include: * Tuition Reimbursement Programs * Paid Time Off (Sick/Vacation) * 401k * Identity Theft Protection * Pet Insurance Job Summary: * Monitors hospital for possible infection outbreak * Implements and maintains plans and procedures concerning control measures as set forth by the infection control committee * Identifies and initiates isolation protocols and informs the appropriate state and county organizations of any reportable diseases * Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals * Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision * A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required * Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department Qualifications: * Associate's degree and is certified as a registered nurse * Must have a license to practice professional nursing in the state of Texas * 1-3 years nursing experience required * Previous infection control experience preferred * Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
