SCHEDULE:

- 8:30am to 5:00pm
- Occasional Saturdays
- 8:30am to 2:00pm

Duluth, Georgia

COMPANY PROFILE:
This private practice provides a full scope of all-ages primary care services to residents of the greater Atlanta area. They currently have 7 clinic locations and employ a dedicated team of 7 physicians and 12 advanced practitioners, who are supported by fully-trained clinical and administrative staff members. They are hiring due to growth.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The new provider will work within the area of outpatient primary care, with duties such as:

- annual wellness exams
- follow-up visits
- chronic disease management
- minor sick/injury visits
- telemedicine visits

The office sees patients of all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics.

Providers typically see 25 to 30 patients per day - the day is a mix of short triage visits (walk-ins during early morning hours), telemedicine triage visits (as provider schedules allow), and regular primary care visits with patients on the provider s panel.

Providers are well-supported by dedicated clinical assistants and a robust EHR system.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Georgia NP license
- FNP certification
- DEA
- 1+ year experience required
- 2+ years experience preferred
