**Eligibility based on location

LPN Responsibilities Include:

Directs the day-to-day functions of the CNAs in accordance with EOEA Regulations and Company Policy.
Administer medications in accordance with the Massachusetts Limited Medication Administration (LMA) program.
Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand.
Manages resident medications and coordinated with local pharmacies.
Manages resident charts and performs other general office duties as required.
Detailed oral/written reporting regarding resident status and changes in condition.
Assists with resident care as needed.

Qualifications:

Must be a Massachusetts-licensed LPN with a current and unencumbered licensure.
Assisted Living experience highly preferred
