and skilled Physical Therapists to join our team. We specialize in matching healthcare

professionals with top-tier healthcare facilities across the state. As a Physical Therapist

with Eagle-I, you will have the opportunity to work in diverse clinical settings, providing

patient-centered care to improve mobility and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess patients' physical conditions and functional limitations to develop personalized

treatment plans.

- Utilize various physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve

patients' mobility, strength, and coordination.

- Educate patients and their families about ongoing care, exercises, and safety

protocols to facilitate recovery and prevent further injury.

- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other

healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment progress

and outcomes.

- Stay current with the latest advancements in physical therapy practices and

technologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited

institution.

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

- Experience in a clinical setting, preferably with a focus on orthopedics, geriatrics, or

sports rehabilitation.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a

team-oriented environment.

- Compassionate and patient-focused, with a commitment to providing high-quality care.

- Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
