The Solutions Architecture Director in the Modern Workplace will strategically develop and implement a comprehensive vision aligned with the company's overarching objectives. This role is critical in providing transformative leadership, technical expertise, and strategic direction to drive organizational success.Strategic Responsibilities Technical Solutions and EngineeringLead comprehensive technical solutions engineering for Black Box products, services, and solutionsProvide direct engineering support and implementation services for complex systems, applications, and network infrastructures across a diverse customer portfolioDesign and deliver professional system consulting, solution development, and strategic sales presentationsOrganizational Leadership and PerformanceConduct strategic organizational planning and skill gap assessments to cultivate a high-performance sales engineering teamDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous team development and operational excellenceManage budget development and analytics for the solutions engineering organizationCollaborate cross-functionally to advance strategic initiatives and organizational improvementsSales and Business AlignmentCollaborate closely with sales executives to ensure solutions engineering alignment and deliverable optimizationEngage with sales managers on enterprise opportunities to assess proposal feasibility, product availability, and implementation strategiesPartner with Enterprise Accounts management to establish and achieve critical business objectives, including revenue and gross profit growth targetsRequired Qualifications Technical ExpertiseAdvanced proficiency in solutions, services, software, and configuration toolsComprehensive understanding of technical ecosystems and emerging industry trendsLeadership and Interpersonal CapabilitiesExceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to manage diverse technical teamsOutstanding presentation, communication, and organizational capabilitiesSuperior collaboration and customer service orientationRobust business acumen with strong financial and accounting knowledgeProfessional RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or related technical disciplineExperience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant technology leadership experience Key CompetenciesStrategic vision developmentTechnical solutions architectureCross-functional collaborationPerformance managementBusiness strategy execution#LI-BC1What's in it for You?
