In this role, you'll acquire, clean, and analyze large data sets and do exploratory analysis to understand our data and if it meets project requirements. It's more than digits and dials - you're making huge decisions that impact millions of customers.

Every day you'll work with multiple stakeholders to identify, design, develop and implement advanced analytics projects that track the consumer conversion funnel from start to end. You'll work with your team to provide, interpret, and predict necessary metrics for decision-making. You'll code with machine learning tools like Python for delivering data- and algorithm-driven services for onboarding client HR and financial data.

To thrive in this career, you should know how to identify errors and reactively fix them. You'll need to have some formal education in quantitative analytics and know design patterns and data structures to write efficient codes. You have the skills to create new models using the technologies above. You will collaborate with other data scientists with different strengths to solve various problems with different methodologies and analyses. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Here's what you can expect on a typical day:
  • Advanced Machine Learning. Work with Data Scientists and Stakeholders to deliver AI solutions to serve applications across ADP
  • Build Scalable and Robust Codes. You will identify, develop, and implement advanced analytical codes using efficient and scalable programming standards.
  • Limitless Possibilities. You will continue learning and discovering new ways to leverage ADP data to create new products and services and find more insights. You are passionate about learning and applying new techniques within data science that leads to innovations.
  • Collaboration and Communication. You'll be part of a collaborative team, listening to needs, then finding and sharing solutions with the team members and manager.
  • Experience. You have 3+ years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:
  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent.
  • Prior experience in general programming language like Python
  • Prior experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, NLP, or Knowledge Engineering
  • Knowledge about RDBMS and experience with SQL, NoSQL
  • Knowledge about cloud platform like AWS, GCP, etc., AWS Preferred
  • Code Version Control System like Git, Bitbucket, etc.

Nice to have:
  • Working experience with popular ML library/tools like Pytorch, Tensorfow, Sklearn, etc.
  • Familiar with docker container and container service like AWS ECS, AWS EKS, Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of computer vision and machine learning algorithms like regression, neural network, deep learning, xgboost, etc.
  • Prior experience building machine learning system including model training, model inference, model monitoring, etc.
  • Knowledge of GenAI: LLM models, prompt engineering and RAG frameworks
