*Details & Requirements of the CT Technologist position.....*

· Location: Virginia

· Start Date: ASAP

· 13 Week Contract

In this position you will:

* Demonstrate complete understanding of multi-slice CT scan applications.
* Accurately provide diagnostic images and related functions.
* Demonstrate working knowledge of human anatomy to satisfactorily allow optimum positioning of patients for imaging procedure. Perform procedure in a manner which allows patients to be comfortable, both physically and emotionally.
* Demonstrate knowledge and application of radiation safety, use of protective devices and application of universal precaution techniques.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge and information of current scan techniques.

Qualifications:

Required qualifications for this position include:

* Satisfactory completion of a formal radiologic technology program.
* 1 year Experience as a CT Technologist
* ARRT
* Virginia Radiologic Tech license
