Parking: Park in the garage on the third and fourth floors (AM & PM shifts) Scrub Color: RN – Navy Blue Clinical Support – Caribbean Blue Radiology – Black Lab – Khaki Surgical Staff – Ciel Blue RT - Gray Freestanding ER: Clearwater ER Address: 2339 Gulf To Bay Blvd Clearwater, FL 33765 Additional Information: Beds : 286 Unit Information: Case Management Location: HCA Fl Largo Address: 201 14 th street Largo, FL 33770 Floor: Building: General Information---We alternate units Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds – Number of Staff – Type of staff: RN CM and SW CM Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Night Shift - Patient Ratios – ration is at least 25 :1 CM Type of equipment - EMR – Meditech, Midas Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Midas experience Meditech experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Complex discharge planning List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Best personality Fit: Unit Guidelines/Policies : Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines.
