Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced and compassionate Medsurg Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Concord, MA. *Key Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse:*
* Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical (Medsurg) unit.
* Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient responses based on established protocols.
* Monitor vital signs, administer medications, and perform other nursing procedures as required.
* Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
* Maintain accurate medical records, including patient histories, nursing care plans, and medication administration records.
* Adhere to infection control and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, providing input and suggestions for process enhancements.
* Stay updated on current nursing practices, attending educational seminars, workshops, and conferences as required.
* Consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and respect for patients, families, and colleagues.

*Requirements of the* *Registered Nurse:*
* BLS Certification
* MA RN License
* 2 years of Medsurg/tele experience
