*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Medical/Surgical care to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a medical-surgical setting.

*Position:- RN Med Surg*
*Contract:- 13 Weeks (Possible Extensions)*
*Facility:- Franciscan Health Michigan City (32865)*
*Location:- Michigan City, IN*
*Shift: 7pM - 7am*

*Duties: *
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Perform IV infusions and administer medications as prescribed
- Assist with procedures related to internal medicine and catheter care
- Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff
- Utilize knowledge of ICD-9 coding, medical terminology, and medical office procedures

Experience:
- Prior experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
- Proficiency in IV infusion techniques
- Strong understanding of infection control practices
- Familiarity with ICD-9 coding and medical terminology
