Student will directly report to the CJ Internships & Career Services Administrative Associate. Student will perform general office duties, including answering phones, running errands, assisting professional staff with projects, maintaining calendar, maintaining databases, and other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements for the Position:

  • Assist with data entry and management of Internship databases
  • Maintain a database of employer contacts and internship opportunities
  • Build, organize and maintain records
  • Provide information and guidance to students regarding internship opportunities
  • Assist with event setup, registration and logistics
  • Assist with outreach to potential internship agencies and employers
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails from students, employers, and other stakeholders
  • Participate in special projects or initiatives aimed at improving internship services
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the overall functioning of the internship office
