Roots Dental growing private practice is looking to add a Hygienist to join our team. We have been open for four years and are seeing a huge influx of new patients, so we are looking to expand our hygiene team. We are looking to add a full or part time hygienist to our team.

Roots Dental was created in 2020 as a rebrand from Frere Smile Design, where the current doctor, Dr. Joshua Clarkman, purchased the building and the business from Dr. Jeff Frere. We have curated our team over the years for ample support and efficiency.

Our office atmosphere is relaxed and fun with no drama. We want all staff to enjoy coming to work, and value our team member environment We like to get the staff Starbucks during the week and provide lunch throughout the month. Your days here will consist of ample time for patient care. We're hoping to find someone willing to work long-term and grow along with us

We currently have 2 full-time hygienists. We only do double hygiene if it's needed, ie someone is sick. We are adding a third hygienist as we are booking new patients out about a year and we will be adding another doctor in the next 6 months. We have 8 fully functional operatories. The new hygienist will have their own room to work out of. We have currently 5 assistants, so sterile is always caught up, and someone is there to help you through the day.

We have new Piezo/Cavitron (your choice), new instruments, iTero scanner, Adec chairs with heated water, and modern equipment. You will also have support from our assistants throughout the day. We pride ourselves on a team approach. We are a paperless office utilizing digital X-rays, and Open dental. Our hygienists are provided time to sharpen, as well as CE opportunities. You will not be required to clock out for any no- shows. Additionally we will provide Figs scrubs and fun matching shoes

Compensation is very competitive and will be based on experience, as well as a benefits package if you are full time.
