Position Summary

Provides Pharmacy distribution and clinical services in accordance with Policies and Procedures established by the health-system in the practice of pharmaceutical care. Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION

  • BS Pharmacy

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years as a Hospital Pharmacist.

LICENSURE/ CERTIFICATIONS

  • Current license in the State of Florida as a Registered Pharmacist.
