Schedule:

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00am - 5:00pm
Tuesday: 11:00am-7:00pm
Friday: 9:00am-2:00pm
Saturday : 9:00am-2:00pm

Requirement to work two Saturdays a month

Responsibilities:

Assist the dentist during dental procedures by preparing treatment rooms, instruments, and materials
Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment in compliance with infection control protocols
Take and process dental X-rays, ensuring patient safety and accurate diagnostic outcomes
Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post-treatment care, and preventive measures
Maintain accurate patient records, including medical history and treatment details, in accordance with HIPAA regulations
Ensure a clean and organized treatment environment, restocking supplies, and equipment as necessary

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year experience chairside assisting
Coronal polishing certification preferred
Familiarity with Dentrix, or other dental software systems preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and team membersJob Type: Full-time
