Kahu Malama Nurses is seeking a Therapy Scheduler to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
- Schedule patients identified for inpatient therapy services to ensure required patient therapy hours are provided
- Coordinate inpatient resources for a timely continuum of care and reduce patients' scheduling conflicts, changes and cancellations
- Integrate with inpatient therapists, physicians, Clinical Care Coordinators (CCC's), nurses, nursing unit secretaries and dietary staff in order to provide timely services for patients
- Complete required documentation
Position Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Familiarity with rehabilitation, and/or healthcare front office
