Aviation Support Lead

Are you a motivated, dedicated individual looking to soar in your career? Wilson Construction Company is searching for a dynamic Aviation Support Lead to join our esteemed Fixed Wing Flight Department. As an Aviation Support Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our flight department, supporting our fixed-wing pilots and mechanics with your exceptional skills and dedication.
Responsibilities Include:
• Perform meticulous interior and exterior detailing of company aircraft and vehicles, upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the aircraft hangar, ensuring a safe and efficient workspace.
• Support trip preparations, including scheduling fueling, coordinating catering services, and ensuring all necessary supplies are onboard.
• Assist in staging aircraft within the company hangar, coordinating movements with pilots and ground crew.
• Assist with loading and unloading luggage and cargo as needed.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in aviation is preferred.
• Experience detailing high-end automobiles and/or airplanes is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Small amount of mechanical/maintenance skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
