*What Will I Do?*

You will support patients in the Middle Peninsula and surrounding areas while living out our mission of caring for others as we care for those we love by:

* Performing initial and ongoing assessments to objectively measure patients’ progress
* Carrying out evidence-based treatments plans that engage our patients and meet their therapeutic needs
* Collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team comprised of Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapists to provide great care with compassion
* Supervise and partner with PTA’s
