Job Summary

Persons identified in the position of Licensed Mental Health Professional(LMHP) reports directly to the Clinical Director. LMHP's provide direct behavioral health care to clients including but not limited to: Intake Assessments, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Crisis Intervention, Interpretation of Diagnosis, Psychoeducation, Master Treatment Plans, and Treatment Plan Reviews. ; LMHP's may have the role of delegating and overseeing work assignments of Qualified Behavioral Health Providers(QBHP's);

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a master's degree in the clinical mental health or related field.

Must possess a professional license in good standing to deliver behavioral health services in an agency setting. Acceptable licenses are: LMSW, LCSW, LPE, LPE-I, LAMFT, LMFT, LAC or LPC.

Preference of at least one year experience in the area of children, adolescent, family and adult behavioral health treatment, including but not limited to: Practicum / Internship & Professional Practice

Understanding of ethical guidelines of professional practice and the rules and regulations that govern that practice.

Excellent computer software skills- Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Power Point), Electronic Medical Records (Credible), and Email.
