candidates with strong Level III NICU experience and a skill set backed by a
preferred 3+ years of experience. You should have a robust knowledge of
neonatal pathophysiology.
Details:
- Work in Level III NICU facilities with continuous MFM referral base.
- Flexible scheduling offering an excellent work/life balance with only 6 shifts per month.
Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation, No state or local wage tax in Texas. Up to $30,000 Start Date Bonus, Up to $10,000 in Relocation Bonus Available. Full benefits start immediately - include medical, dental, vision, parental leave, and 401(k). Malpractice insurance with tail coverage. Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing with a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner specialization from an accredited program.
- National certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner through the National Certification Corporation
- Active Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license in the state of Texas.
- Strong Level III NICU experience and skill set with preferred 3+ years experience
- Be independent, with autonomous work ethic and clinical decision-making skills
- Have strong knowledge of neonatal pathophysiology
