*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and support to ensure the comfort and well-being of our patients.

*Duties*
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Provide catheter care and assist with memory care for patients with dementia
- Support nurses and healthcare providers in various medical procedures such as phlebotomy and medication administration
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
- Provide basic life support in emergency situations
- Assist in hospital medicine practices
- Utilize caregiving skills to create a compassionate and supportive environment for patients
- Experience working with children is a plus

*Qualifications*
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a CNA program
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Ability to perform phlebotomy procedures
- Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health records
- Basic life support (BLS) certification required
- Previous experience in caregiving or healthcare settings is preferred
