Position Overview: We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients to determine therapy needs.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific patient goals.
* Provide direct occupational therapy services to children, using evidence-based practices.
* Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other team members to support patient progress.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
* Participate in team meetings, in-service training, and continuing education opportunities.
* Stay current with advancements in the field and integrate new knowledge into clinical practice.
* Work with a diverse patient population and develop expertise in various areas of pediatric occupational therapy.

Qualifications:
* Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in North Dakota.
* No minimum clinical experience required, but a strong interest in pediatric occupational therapy is essential.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and quality improvement.

Work Schedule:
* Full-time or part-time salaried position requiring 36-40 hours per week.
* 4 or 5 day work week with autonomy in scheduling within core hours.

Goals:
* Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to pediatric patients.
* Develop and implement effective treatment plans to support patient progress.
* Maintain a collaborative and supportive work environment.
