Company Summary

This company manufactures power distribution equipment, cable, and generator docking stations within their state-of-the-art facility in Faribault, MN. They work to create products that are built to last using the highest quality materials, top-of-the-line production equipment, and industry-leading engineering practices.

What you ll do as a Grinder:

  • Setup and operate standard manufacturing equipment
  • Read, comprehend, and execute processes and procedures according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP s)
  • Understand, complete, and maintain all required paperwork necessary in the operation including entering paperwork into Epicor
  • Maintain and operate hand tools necessary to set up, take apart, troubleshoot, and operate equipment
  • Deburr, buff, or polish materials to specification
  • Perform required quality control checks and inspections to ensure the product being manufactured is meeting required specifications
  • Understand the job orders and interact with Epicor

What you need to be a Grinder:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Basic computer skills and accurate data entry experience
  • Ability to read instructions, safely operate machines, and visually inspect parts produced
  • Accuracy and timeliness in completion of work assignments is a must
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on an intermittent basis with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend plant directives written in English
