The Nurse Manager Operations will help lead an experienced team through day to day operations. This Nurse Manager will assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This Administrative Nurse Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld. 

Requirements include:

  • Active NYS RN license
  • Hospital budgeting, staffing, and scheduling experience
  • Previous RN leadership experience (supervisor, assistant nurse manager, manager, etc.)
