White Spruce Trailer Sales is searching for a high-level mechanic who is familiar with trailers. The perfect candidate has great attention to detail and is well-organized. The perfect candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment where each day brings a different task list.

Primary Duties include repairing and servicing trailers. Welding of steel AND aluminum is required.

All tools and equipment will be provided.

This is a year-round, full time position with benefits.

*Compensation:*

DOE (starting at $25/per)

Service Commissions (up to an additional $12/per)

*Work Hours:*

Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm

Some weekends

Position will be scheduled for 40 hours/week.

*Requirements:*

Steel welding

Aluminum welding

Trailer-specific repairs to include hubs and bearings

Electrical knowledge to include trouble-shooting

Clean Driving Record

Current Driver’s License

21 years or older

Must be able to lift at least 75 lbs, kneel, bend, squat and stand without discomfort.
