Our facility provides some of the area's highest level of rehabilitation, nursing and medical support to individuals needing post-hospital care and services. We are looking for a committed individual with a reputation for being cheerful and friendly as they administer care to our residents.
Responsibilities include:

  • -Assisting the Activities director in implementing programs of individual and group activities based on resident's needs and preferences.
  • -Assist and implement facility and community events.
  • -Accept assigned duties in a cooperative manner.
  • -Implement evening and weekend activities as assigned.
  • Documentation of participation through Point Click Care.
  • Qualifications and Skills required:
  • -Knowledge of Microsoft office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • -Positive and outgoing personality.
  • -Previous experience in a long term care environment preferred but will consider those with other customer service experience.
  • Flexibility in scheduling and working every other weekend is required.
