Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care and support to medical staff in various healthcare settings, including inpatient units, medical offices, and home care environments.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Take vital signs and record patient information accurately
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver quality care
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Follow medical documentation procedures accurately
- Adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements:
- Certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program
- Experience in inpatient care, medical office settings, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of pediatric care, critical care, emergency medicine, and hospital medicine is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different healthcare settings
