Radiology Technologist
 
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Radiology Technologist to fill an opening with a well-known Hospital in Midland, TX.   

Daily Responsibilities for the Radiology Technologist:

  • Practices technology based on theoretical knowledge, using equipment and techniques appropriately.
  • Assesses situations with care, discretion, and judgment, acting in the patient's best interest.
  • Observes and communicates information to aid the physician without interpreting or diagnosing.
  • Uses equipment and techniques according to accepted standards of practice.
  • Minimizes radiation exposure to the patient, self, and healthcare team members.

Minimum Education/Licensures/Qualifications:
  • Graduate of accredited radiologic technology program or AMA-approved hospital training
  • ARRT registered or eligible; must obtain ARRT within 6 months
  • Texas Medical Board license for Radiologic Technologists (in process or obtained)
  • Performs routine exams with supervision
  • Minimum 1 year of experience



Shift:  8 and 12 hour shift options
