ProCare Therapy has partnered with aSchool District in the Trumbull, CT area that is looking for a part time Physical Therapist for this school year. Please see additional details about this opportunity below:
Job Description:
7:30AM - 4:00PM
35 Hours per week
5 Days per week
~65 kiddos on caseload
Age Range: K - 12th Grade
Duties: Build your own schedule for PT individual/group service, consultations as needed, re-evaluations, input AR goals/recommendations/data points, entering Medicaid session notes into ClearTrack, assistive tech distribution, RX acquisition assistance via parent contact, travel between schools as needed.
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy
State PT License
